With over 14 years in practice, he is recognized as a leader in his field and an expert in treating sports related injuries, arthritis, and fractures of the shoulder, elbow, and hand. For the past decade, he has lectured and been an instructor at the internationally renowned San Diego Shoulder meeting, as well as traveling to teach other surgeons new and emerging techniques in shoulder arthroscopy, shoulder replacements, and upper extremity surgery. Because of his contributions to the field of shoulder and elbow surgery, Dr. Hartman has been granted membership to the prestigious Shoulder and Elbow Society.
